Yes. I’m still alive.

I’ve been abandoning my blog for about a month now.. Oh bloggie, how I miss you so *wipes cobwebs and dust off bloggie*. And I miss you girls [Thanks dear for this].. And I miss my Gooners. And I miss fangirling over everything. *sob*

Anyway, life’s been hectic. Hate it. I want a vacay. I want one right now or I’ll lose my freaking mind! Oh I miss those days when you don’t have deadlines (well.. you have one but it’s easier not to care back then), staying up till 5am and getting up late.. and the only thing that’s worrying you is what you’re going to eat for dinner. Those were the days. *sigh*

So my lil sister is in back in London. And then my mom went to Manchester / London for an ACCA conference.. and I was stuck here drowning in work .. Can my life be any worse [ugh, don’t answer that]? Couldn’t even go back to Subang and hang out with my darlings. Arghhh, I miss you guys *hugs*. Will try to find a time so we can hang out k?

Gooners. Where to start? I’ve missed so many games .. Some of them were downright disappointing so I didn’t really miss anything though…But Dudu!!!!! I miss him so much!! And OMG, how awesome was his comeback?? Although he got injured right after that. Hamstring right? Thank God my bb Robin saved us in that game against Roma. But Dudu came back in the Burnley game this morning and OMG, he scored again! You’d never guess he’d been out for almost a year. I HEART YOU DUDU!!!!! Too many exclamation points in this paragraph, but I DO NOT fucking care. Wooo-hoo!! So TR, when is your turn? And Theo bb, please tell me that thing on your face, the one you called a mustache, is the result of a dare. Plz. I need someone to poke my eyes with something sharp. Anyone?

Can I just say that I’m so damn happy that Slumdog won the Oscar for the best picture? I love Dev Patel so freaking much. I feel like a pervert for liking him so much cos he’s still 18.. but he’s so adorable!!!!!!! I want to adopt him and bake him brownies. <3

AI has got me hooked this year. And it’s all because of Anoooooppppp. I FLOVE that guy. He is my boo. I’m obsessed with his voice (why does it feel like it’s all about the Indians this year?). And when I say obsessed, it’s like listening to his songs 4992489012849210891 times a day [his studio recordings are just plain amazing] Every.single.day. Yes, my obsession is unhealthy. Damn you cheesy show. He made it into the Top 13!! Yup, it’s Top 13 this year. Cos they wanted more girls (cos guys are much better this year). He didn’t get in the first time (through the voting process). I mean whut the fucking hell?? Stupid Americans. But he got picked for the Wild Card by the judges. Means that he has to perform again..and the judges have to pick 3 out 8 Wild Cards to go into the Top 12. OMG, that was so nerve-wrecking. He got picked last.. just when I thought he didn’t get in (and trust me, I was ready to throw something at the TV).. they made the Top 13 surprise. Arckkkkkk.. I love his reaction (can’t stop watching this). They love picking on him. First during the announcement for the Wild Card. He got called last. That was torture. But Simon was the one who chose him, saying it was the easiest decision ever and that he’s original, likable and talented. So I guess that makes up for it. But then they did it again on the next night, when they chose Matt for the last spot. He thought he didn’t get in..but then they sprang that surprise on him. He’s going to get heart attack one of these days if they kept doing that to him. Poor baby. But he got in!! That’s what matters!! And I do love that at the end, it was all about him. It was like The Anoop Show. He totally stole the spotlight from the other Wild Cards who made it. Anoop PWNS ALL. Muahahaha. And I also love that all the other contestants were genuinely happy for him. That says a lot. He’s smart, nice and talented. I’m in love. Baby, You Have Become My Addiction And I’m So Strung Out On YOU. <3 Noop-Dogg FTW yo.

Ok so I’m back. Sort of. Got A LOT of work to do.. but let’s all pretend I’m not busy shall we? X)

The transfer window period is nearly over and we still haven’t bought anyone. But what’s this I hear about Arshavin desperately wanting to join us? o_O I just can’t picture Zombie face wearing an Arsenal jersey. I’m pissed off that the board and Le Boss didn’t want to buy a DM / someone at the back. We don’t need another striker / attacking player. We got Robin!!! Gah. I just know Robin’s going to be pissed off knowing that he have to fight for his place against Zombie face.

American Idol is back. I seriously don’t want to get sucked in again and start watching religiously every week. But guess what? I think I just might *sigh*. I missed most of last season cos of some issues (issues ape ek?). So I missed the ‘Davids drama~’. Although, I did saw some of Cook’s performances and I swear, “Always be My Baby” gave me chills. I wasn’t fond of Archuletta but I thought he was cute. But it’s funny that after they went out and did their albums, I gravitated towards Archie more. I thought his songs are quite catchy. His voice really compliments them. Cook on the other hand.. ok, I need to know.. his first single, what’s the name? Light something? Ok, what is up with that song? REALLY WEIRD. It makes me want to throw something at the radio.

Anyway, I promised myself I didn’t want to love anyone yet until they’ve picked the Top 36 (yeah, they changed the format. Used to be Top 24), cos it’d be heartbreaking if they don’t make it. But Goddammit, Anoop Desai makes it hard for me not to love him. His audition was great. Although Simon did call him a geek based on his appearance. Who cares Simon, it’s the voice that counts.. oh wait, I guess appearance matters the most to him since he literally was drooling when that dumb annoying bikini whore walked in and gave her a ticket even though her voice was so-so *pukes*. ANYWAY, being the stalker that I am, I went and search for Anoop’s name on youtube in case I might find some videos. And I did. He was the president of an acapella group at his university. And OMG. They’re the shiznit people. Freaking awesome. They blew me away. And I think Anoop is hands down the best singer in that group. He’s a natural. His voice is just seriously seriously fantastic *melts*. Especially if he sings a ballad. I literally felt myself swooning (WHUT?) lol. This one is perfect. And OMG this one is just so funny. In a good way. He can make Ne-Yo’s Sexy Love sounds oh-so-good. He is so freaking talented. And my all time fave *sigh*. This is going to be like crazy-for-Elliot period all over again. I predict that a very emotional roller coaster ride is in store for me in the next few months. If Anoop doesn’t make the top 36, I’d swear I’d kill the judges.

*sigh* I hate how they’re making me feel at the moment. I just want my Arsenal back =(. I love this quote from arseblog: It’s a difficult time for Arsenal fans. But this is football. Ooooh, the HPB trailer got me all excited (even though I’ve been complaining about it). Yeah, yeah I know they’ve done this before.. AWESOME trailer, sucky movie. And I’d get all excited for nothing. EVERY SINGLE TIME. *sigh*. Oh well, I could worry about that next year..

 

Awesome right? And how hot is Draco??? asfjshfjsdf. God I hope his scenes in the movie matches the scenes in the book. If they cut it, I swear I’d kick their (the WB people) collective asses. You know how they like to ruin every single scene with their stupid made-up storyline. Ugh. And why is Mione crying? Is it because of Ron? After the quidditch match (I miss quidditch!)? Argh, I hate Ron in HBP. He is so bloody selfish. I hate the way he deal with his problem with Mione. But Emma makes it hard for me to feel sad for Mione, with her so called exaggerated “acting” *rolls eyes*. Dammit.

The Office is getting a bit better.. after a meh season 4 (imo). n3lldeco you should stop reading if you don’t want to be spoiled.. like Michael would say, SPOILER ALERT! . I hate the way they deal with Dwight-Angela-Andy triangle though. It’s stupid. I loove love love Holly! OMG she’s awesome and amazingly dorky, and she’s so riiiight for Michael!! But too bad Amy Ryan couldn’t stay on the show until the end of the season =(. I really hope they can get her to guest star again (maybe she’s one of the reason I am liking this season so much). Jim and Pam are still oh-so-cute. Kelly is still funny, but I hate that she’s going back to Ryan again.. Haven’t we had enough of that already? -_- Please. I thought he was really cute circa season 1/2, but now all I wanna do is bitch slap his smug face.

p/s - I accidentally watched Rihanna’s new video over the weekend, Live Your Life (I think).. Is it wrong that I think T.I is kind of hot? o_O. Where the hale is that damn bleach?

I have my doubts initially.. but it doesn’t change the fact that I am so so proud of him. I know his team mates will listen to him and respect him (except for maybe Gallas cos he’s a jerk). And I know its a lot of pressure, especially with the state of the club at the moment, but if he succeeds.. Gah. It’ll be EPIC. I do think this is somewhat a tactical move in attempt to keep him at Arsenal.. but if this will make him stay until he’s going to retire, then I don’t care.. Cos Arsenal without Cesc is like WHAT?!?! Anyhoo, bring on the next game!

Went to Alamanda this morning cos my sister had to meet some of her friends there. So went shopping with my mom, while waiting for my sis. And my feet are sore. =(

Oh yeah, she got back from UK last Wednesday. She was supposed to arrive yesterday but she and her 3 friends managed to book tickets for an earlier flight.. so they arrived on Wednesday afternoon. But my mom didn’t know that cos we wanted to surprise her. My bro and I were planning to have lunch with her at Secret Recipe in Shah Alam that afternoon. You should see her face when my sis walked in. Priceless.

And you should see the things my sis brought home. And yeay! I got my chocolatessssss! *bounces*

Been catching up on Top Chef season 4. The finale episode has already been out last month. So yeah, I’m a bit behind. I’m currently watching episode 5. There are some cheftestants that I kind of like and some are so fuckin’ annoying, as usual (looking at you whiny Zoi and Spike aka Kevin Federline 2.0) And gawd, pretty pretty Ryan…you aren’t nearly as smart as you are nice to look at. He is dumb as a box of rocks.. but still so cute! I’m torn [The way he talks reminds me of my bb JD. And he’s kind of arrogant like JD too.. so maybe that’s why I’m kind of attracted to him? Although, unlike JD, he’s a little bit dim.. so..]. But yeah, I don’t really have a fave this season. Harold from season 1 is still my fave cheftestant ever. I still watch episodes from season 1 from time to time.. cos it’s fuckin’ satisfying to watch him beat that bitch freakazoid ass Tiffany. Hah.

I can’t sit still. I’m too anxious waiting for the next episode of GG. The last one before the next season begins I might add. Yeah. GG is like crack. lol. 4 more days and counting. Ugh. This is torture.

Let’s talk about something else. Today, most of the shows are releasing their finale episode. [Spoilers ahead] OMG. I just remembered! CSI! WTF! Ok, ok.. I know something was gonna happen.. but I don’t know what. Cos I’ve read the little “incident” involving a certain actor. And then there’s the contract problem. Is CBS being stingy or something? First Jorja, then George and now this person? Yeah, George got over it. But still. They deserve something more after 8 years or so don’t you think? Ok, I don’t really get the whole story, so I’m gonna let it go. So anyway, I haven’t really watch the episode. lol. Spoilers are the way to go! But yeah, ever since Sara left, I’m really not that excited to watch new episodes. Speaking of Sara, I’ve heard that the girl from that old show Mutant X (remember?) is going to replace Jorja. This is what they said - “Lauren Lee Smith is expected to play the character of Bryce Adams, a “flirtatious, witty and strong-willed non-conformist” that is recruited to join the graveyard shift”. lol at the “flirtatious and witty” part. Is she gonna seduce Nicky? I hope not. Cos Nicky belongs to Greg. So back off bitch.

 

 

So anyway, WTF at the GG DVD cover. What the hell are the old boring married couple aka Dan & Serena doing in the front? Hell to the naw! It’s supposed to be Blair & Serena! It’s their show for God’s sake. Not Dan & Serena show. Die, Dan. I’m not asking for Leighton to be front and center. But why does Blake get all the attention? It’s supposed to be an ensemble, with B & S at the front and center. If they can put D&S in front, then I don’t get why Blair and Chuck couldn’t be front and center too? Cos God knows they’re more fabulous. Another thing, I don’t get why they put a picture of B looking mad. And she looked like she’s jealous of D&S. Hah. As if. And for the people who aren’t familiar with the show, they must think that Chuck and Nate are OTP. And don’t get me started on Little J. Her head is like floating. And she’s all “Oh hai you guys”, all high and shit. Gawd, this is awful. There are so many gorgeous pictures out there they could use, yet they use this one? Maybe they were trying to be “edgy” or something? lol. And one more thing, what the hell is up with the big-ass XOXO? Classy. You fail at life producers and whoever else were involved with this shit-tastic cover.

I don’t know why I’m mad. It’s not like I’m gonna buy it or anything. But still. Yeah, if someone could buy this for my birthday (belated though, seeing as it’d be out in August..and who knows when it’s gonna be released here), I’ll be forever grateful . Cos there are gag reels! And unaired scenes! Ack. My head’s gonna explode.
